Meet Monica B
Heyday Founder
Monica Bermudez is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Heyday Activities & Events LLC, a Florida-based company specializing in engagement consulting, companionship services, and signature experiences for older adults. She holds an MBA and is CORE Certified, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and a Montessori Method Professional.
With over a decade of experience working with older adults, including five years in senior living communities such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, Monica has led successful engagement programs that increase participation, strengthen community, and enhance quality of life. Known for her strategic mindset and high-energy approach, she helps families and organizations create meaningful, person-centered experiences that promote dignity, connection, and wellbeing.
